Yes, all of our hair replacements are human hair, including Chinese Hair, European Hair, Indian Hair.

Yes we serve all customers all over the world, we ship orders to world wide.

 

  1. When Will I Receive My New Hair Systems If I Place An Order Today?

For stock units: Ship within 4-6 working days after order placed and paid.

For Custom units: 30 - 60 working days as order process time.

 

  1. How Long Does The Shipping Take?

We ship every order by International Express courier, like DHL Express, Fedex, UPS etc.

Regular delivery time is about 5-9 working days.

 

  1. How Long Does My Hair Pieces Last?

The hair system is not meant to last forever. Without the body's natural oils to protect,  hair will eventually become dry and fragile. On average, you'll need a new hair system every three months. Some people replace their hair systems every six months, others every month. It depends on what base you purchase and how well you maintain the toupee.

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you! Please email our Customer Service team or our social media with your order number, name and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet shipped out.

Please contact your local courier first, if you still do not found your package please contact to our Customer Service.

 

    10. How Can I return My Hair Pieces?

Please check our Return Policy first, and then send the email to our Customer Service. Unfortunately, custom base or size hair system can not be exchange or return.

 

    11. How Do I track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
